Current Context: Axis Bank has entered into a partnership with MinkasuPay.

• They have partnered to grant biometric authentication solutions to perform net banking payments in merchant apps by using fingerprint or face IDs.
• For this purpose, there won’t be any need for a username, password, or OPTs.
• This biometric authentication solution will reduce payment time from approx. 1 minute to just 3-4 seconds.
• The entities aim to enhance transaction success rate and customer experience.
• MinkasuPay’s biometric authentication solution will be implemented, which will be a 2-factor authentication solution as per guidelines by RBI. This will result in I quick, safe digital transactions.
