- As per the MoU, they have made a total investment of Rs 5.955 lakh crore as part of Investment Promotion Activity for Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2022.
- This partnership will generate 10 lakh direct and indirect employment opportunities in the state.
- Through this partnership, RIL aims to make Gujarat net-zero and carbon-free and so has proposed to invest Rs 5 lakh crore in the state to set up 100 GW Renewable Energy Power Plant and Green Hydrogen Eco-System development. This will be having a time span of 10-15 years.
- RIL will develop an eco-system that will guide SMEs to adopt new technologies which will enhance the usage of Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen.
