‘Saa ₹thi’ Mobile APP -- SEBI

Current Context: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) launched a new mobile app named ‘Saa ₹thi’.

• It was launched by the Chairman of SEBI, Ajay Tyagi.
• The app is based on investor education.
• It will be used to create awareness among the investors about facts and basic concepts of the securities market, KYC norms and processes, trading and settlement, mutual funds, recent market developments, investor grievances redressal mechanism, etc.
• The content on the app is available in Hindi and English language.
• Thus, the investors will be granted knowledge about the securities market in India.
