• Indian Air Force’s (IAF) 44-member contingents have reached the Changi International Airport in Singapore to participate in the ‘Singapore Air Show-2022’. In this event, IAF will showcase its indigenous Tejas MK-I ac.
• 17th Mumbai International Film Festival for Documentary, Short Fiction, and Animation films (MIFF-2022) will be held from 29 May to 4 June 2022 at the Films Division complex, Mumbai.
• The Defence Ministry has signed MoU with NewSpace Research & Technologies to develop ‘High Altitude Pseudo Satellite’ (HAPS). The HAPS will help to conduct surveillance operations.
• The Bank of Baroda will acquire a 21% stake in IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company from Union Bank of India. The IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company is a joint venture between Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India, and Carmel Point Investments.

• The ‘Rail-cum-Road-Bridge’ in Bihar was jointly inaugurated by the Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, and CM of Bihar Nitish Kumar. It is 14.5-kilometer long and funds of Rs 696 crore were needed to construct it.
