- Waste to Wealth Mission in collaboration with the East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) inaugurated the park.
- IT has the facility for onsite processing of fresh Municipal solid waste. The pilot program consists of the following:-
- End-to-end solutions for waste management
- Semi-automated segregation of municipal solid waste
- on-site compaction and treatment of the waste
- conversion of open dumpsites to decentralized waste processing sites.
- Aim - Zero waste and zero energy which can be replicated.
- Waste to Wealth Mission is a mission of the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India.
