40th Hunar Haat inaugurated by I&B Minister Shri Anurag Thakur

Current Context: Hunar Haat, an opportunity to showcase the art and craft from various corners of the nation, has been inaugurated in Mumbai.

• Hunar Haat is a unique opportunity for artisans from across the different parts of the country to show their unique artifacts, crafts, etc, with a focus on Vocal for Local.
• It will have more than 1000 artisans and it is expected to see a footfall of 8 to 10 lakh visitors every day. The previous Hunar Haats have proved to be a gamechanger for the promotion of artisan’s work.
