- The MoU was signed by the Airport Authority of India (AAI) and LFV Air Navigation Services of Sweden at the corporate headquarters of AAI in New Delhi.
- The MoU will pave the way for the bilateral exchange of aviation expertise and technology between the two countries. This will allow Indian companies to accelerate growth while leveraging Swedish innovations and expertise.
- Both the parties consented to the following elements of the MoU: Exchange of aviation knowledge and technology transfer program, promote close relation between the two agencies, aim to expand technical cooperation in airports, support the development of safe, secure, sustainable, and efficient aviation sector, positive collaboration in promoting bilateral and international trade.
- AAI and LFV will jointly collaborate on the cooperation areas of Air Traffic Management, Air Traffic Control, Remote Airport Management and Traffic Control, Airspace Design and Planning, Airport Design and Infrastructure, Digitalized Airport and Aviation, Capability and Training, Sustainable Airport and Aviation, Processes for Pilots and Processes for scale-up.
