- The minister will inaugurate 52 projects in Nagaland sponsored by various companies as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Most of the projects are related to the health, education, skill, and entrepreneurship development sectors.
- Nirmala Sitharaman launched projects during the inaugural ceremony of the three-day CSR and Investment Conclave in which many corporate delegates and investors will take part.
- The minister also called for proper branding of Nagaland products. Nirmala Sitharaman will interact with the Nagaland Business community in the Chumoukedima district. She will also visit a weaving center, Heirloom Naga in Sovima village.
