Prime Minister Modi to inaugurate projects under Shrimad Rajchandra Mission

Current Context: PM Narendra Modi via video conferencing will inaugurate the Shrimad Rajchandra hospital and lay the foundation stone for projects under the Shrimad Rajchandra Mission in the Valsad district of Gujarat.

• Shrimad Rajchandra hospital, a 250-bed multispeciality hospital will provide tertiary medical facilities and is aimed at the people of the Southern Gujarat region.
• PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone of Shrimad Rajchandra Animal hospital and Shrimad Rajchandra Centre of Excellence for Women.
• Shrimad Rajchandra Animal hospital will have a capacity of 150-bed and will be built at the cost of Rs.70 crore. The hospital will have a team of veterinarians, ancillary staff, and top-class facilities.
• Shrimad Rajchandra center of Excellence for Women is built at a cost of Rs.40 crore and will provide jobs to over 700 tribal women and will provide a livelihood to thousands of people involved with the project. The Shrimad Rajchandra Centre of Excellence for women will consist of a recreation area, classrooms for self-development sessions, and a rest area.
