    • The third INTERPOL Young Global Police Leaders Programme (YGPLP) will be held in New Delhi, India, from January 25 to February 2, 2023. Jurgen Stock, the Secretary General of INTERPOL, digitally addressed the audience.

    • In the first Grand Slam Australia Open of 2023, Novak Djokovic defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-3, 7-6, 7-6 to win the tournament for the tenth time.
    • In the Australian Open 2023, Arina Sabalenka of Belarus won the women's singles match by defeating Elena Rybakina of Kazakhstan. Rafael Matos and Luisa Stefani, a Brazilian team, took home the Mixed Doubles championship.
