Current Context: Axis Bank has launched Sarathi, a digital onboarding platform for POS terminals, streamlining the merchant acquisition process. Sarathi is a first of its kind digital onboarding journey to enable Electronic Data Capture (EDC) or Point of Sale (POS) for merchants.

• The platform provides a seamless and hassle-free experience for merchants, enabling them to complete the onboarding process in just four simple steps.
• The platform also eliminates the field verification process and provides quick installations within 45 minutes of processing the application.
