    • HDFC Bank will dethrone Reliance Industries as the bluechip with the heaviest weightage in Nifty 50, effective July 13, 2023. This is because HDFC shares will delist on that date, following the reverse merger of HDFC Bank and HDFC. As a result, HDFC Bank's weightage in Nifty 50 will increase to 14.43%, while Reliance Industries' weightage will decrease to 10.8%.
