MoLE Signs MoUs with Private Job Portals/Employers

Current Context: The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) has recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with various private job portals, employers and skill providers to integrate with the National Career Service (NCS) portal.

• The NCS portal is a platform that provides career guidance, job matching, skill development and employment services to job seekers and employers in India.
• The objective of the MoUs is to enhance employment opportunities and services for job seekers on the NCS portal.
• The private job portals partnering with the MoLE will share their vacancies on the NCS so that the NCS registered job seekers can seamlessly apply for such vacancies.
