    • Berkshire Hathaway Inc, backed by billionaire Warren Buffett, has sold its entire 2.46% stake in Paytm’s parent company One97 Communications for Rs 1,371 crore. The shares were sold through an open market transaction. This resulted in a loss of about 31% per share. The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 877.29 apiece.

    • A new dinosaur species named Farlowichnus rapidus has been discovered in Brazil. This discovery was based on footprints found in the city of Araraquara. These footprints were first discovered back in the 1980s by Giuseppe Leonardi, an Italian priest and dedicated paleontologist.

    • S&P Global Ratings revised India’s GDP growth projection for the financial year 2024 on November 27, 2023. S&P Global Ratings has revised India’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth projection for the financial year 2024 (April 2023 - March 2024) to 6.4% from 6% earlier. This revision is due to robust domestic momentum offsetting headwinds from high food inflation and weak exports.

    • India’s Aditi Ashok won the Ladies European Tour season-ending event, the Andalucia Open 2023, in Spain. This was her fifth Ladies European Tour (LET) crown and the second of the season. She carded a 17-under 271 (69-68-68-66) to win the golf event ahead of Netherlands’ Anne Van Dam, who carded 15-under.
