Setu unveils Sesame, India’s 1st Domain-Specific LLM for BFSI sector

Current Context: Setu, a leading Indian fintech company, unveiled Sesame on May 7, 2024, at the People+AI event held at Bangalore International Centre (BIC).

• Sesame is India’s first domain-specific Large Language Model (LLM) for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
• Developed in collaboration with Sarvam AI, an indigenous AI research firm, Sesame leverages India’s rich digital infrastructure to power features like improved credit underwriting, fraud detection, loan monitoring, upsell or cross-sell, and personal finance advisory.
