Current Context: The Bal Sahitya Puraskar is an annual literary award given by the Sahitya Akademi, India’s National Academy of Letters, to recognize exceptional works of children's literature in 24 Indian languages.

On June 18, 2025, the Sahitya Akademi announced the winners for this year’s edition.
