  • On 16th April 2026, India’s first chip fabrication plant has been officially notified at Dholera SEZ, Gujarat, by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoC&I).   • On 16 April 2026, Odisha became the first Indian state to sign an MoU for a Marine Spatial Plan (MSP) under the Indo-Norway initiative.
