The state government of Andhra Pradesh has launched Naipunya Ratham, a multi-utility vehicle. Also called," World of Wheels", the project aims at connecting remote corners of the states with technology.

- It is a part of the Smart village Smart Ward Programme launched yo facilitate and improve digital literacy, digital skills and create awareness on various government schemes that are underway in Andhra Pradesh
