- Government eMarketplace (GeM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to set up a GeM Organizational Transformation Team (GOTT) Project Management Unit (PMU) in the State.

- The five day Ganga Yatra has begun in Uttar Pradesh with the aim to create awareness about the holy river. The two yatras will cover more than 1350 kilometre route in 27 districts of the state.
