Wimbledon 2020 Tennis Championship- Cancelled Due to COVID-19

Current Context: The All England Club has announced that the Wimbledon 2020 Tennis Championship will not take place due to continuing COVID-19 pandemic.
Wimbledon 2020 Tennis Championship- Cancelled Due to COVID-19
  • The tennis grand slam tournament has been cancelled for the first time since World War II.
  • The tournament was to be held between 29th June and 12th July 2020. The cancellations follows with the postponement of French Open , which was due to begin in month of May this year but now has been rescheduled to be held from 20th Sep to 4th October 2020.
  • The updated dates of Wimbledon Tennis tournament are 28th June and 11th July 2021.
