- The chatbot is named as ‘LiGo’.
- The policyholders will be able to communicate with this chatbot in order to solve their queries with the help of simple voice commands.
- ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has also extended this chatbot service on Google Assistant. Customer can use this chatbot service just by activating Google Assistant on their smartphones and then speaking out their policy number and registered contact phone number, on doing this procedure, the policy information will be instantly displayed.
- The ‘LiGo’ is available in 9 Indian languages.
