Current Context: 15th India Digital Summit 2021 (IDS-2021) was inaugurated by Union Minister of Electronics and Information Technology, Ravi Shankar Prasad.

• The 15th IDS 2021 was organised by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI).
• The theme for 15th IDS 2021: ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat-Start of New Decade’.
• The summit observed discussions related to frame digital initiatives in areas like policies, businesses, advertisement, start-ups, commerce etc.
• The participants discussed agendas like (a) Digitally recharging SMEs (b)Digital policies from a global perspective but Indian reality (c) Nurturing Indian start-ups.
