• Indian Army signed a pact with Goa Shipyard Ltd (GSL) to 12 patrol boats for Pangong Lake situated in Eastern Ladakh.
• The Drug Controller General of India has formally announced approval for COVAXIN and COVISHIELD, which are the vaccines to cure coronavirus. The COVAXIN is developed by Bharat Biotech and ICMR. The COVISHIELD is developed by Oxford University and Astra Zeneca. 

• The TRIFED signed MoU with Deen Dayal Antyodaya –National Rural Livelihood Mission (DAY-NRLM) to have economic supportive programmes in order to enhance livelihoods of tribal community and Women SHGs.
