• The PSBs will grant unsecured personal loans from Rs 25,000 to Rs 5 lakhs to the salaried, non-salaried and pensioners for COVID-19 treatment. The announcement for the same was made by Indian Banks Association (IBA) and SBI. The loan repayment tenure will be 5 years and interest charged by SBI will be 8.5%, other banks can decide their interest rate on these loans.
