- PRANA Portal: It was launched by the Union Minister of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, Bhupender Yadav. The portal will help to regulate air pollution in 132 cities in India. It will track and maintain a record of the physical and the financial status of the city air action plan implementation and will display data about air quality. The PRANA signifies ‘Portal for Regulation of Air pollution in Non-Attainment cities’.
- In the Union Territory of Chandigarh, India’s tallest air purification tower was inaugurated under the initiative of the Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee (CPCC). It covers an area of around a 500-meter radius and is 24-meter in height. It was inaugurated at Transport Chowk, Sector 26, by Pious Air Pvt Limited.
- ‘Business Blasters’ program: It was launched by Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia. The program will be executed in all the government-managed schools in Delhi. It aims to develop entrepreneurship skills among the youths at the school level.
- El Salvador: It has become 1st country to adopt bitcoin as a national currency. The resolution for the approval was passed and the bill was approved by President Nayib Bukele.
