- The National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) signed MoU with the South Asian Institute for Advanced Research and Development (SAIARD) to develop the academic platform for youth and researchers in order to enhance research activities and capacity building in the eastern region development sector. Due to this MoU, SIAIRD will now be considered as the regional capacity-building center for NMCG in the eastern region.
