Current Context: The TRIFED signed 2 MoUs, one with Big Basket and the other with PurtyAgrotech of Jharkhand.

• The MoU is part of GOI’s transformational programs for tribal livelihoods.
• Both the MoUs will help to transform and boost the livelihoods of the tribal community.
• The MoU between TRIFED and Big Basket will promote and sale natural Van Dhan products through the Big Basket platform.
• And the MoU between TRIFED and Purty Agrotech will promote the art of growing pearls among other tribal entrepreneurs in India and enhance the potential of the respective market.
