• India’s Wushu player Sadia Tariq won the gold medal in the junior tournament at the Moscow Wushu Stars Championship 2022.
• IIT Madras and the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) organized the OCEANS 2022 conference and exposition under the theme of ‘Inspire-Innovate-Sustain’.

• The Indian Air Force (IAF) has taken a decision not to send its aircraft in the ‘Cobra Warrior-22’ in the United Kingdom, because of a rising crisis in Ukraine, arising out of the Russian military attack in that country. The ‘Cobra Warrior-22’ is the multilateral air exercise.
• The New Development Bank (NDB) has become the first multilateral agency to have its office in the Gujarat International Finance Tech City (Gift). The approval to set up an office in Gift City is received to the NDB and the office will be inaugurated in May 2022.
