  • The Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has granted a loan of Rs 1000 crore to Jammu and Kashmir Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation Ltd (JKIDFC). Out of these funds, Rs 500 crore are already disbursed by the IOB. It will help to enhance credit growth and fund the various infrastructure development programs in the region.

  • The Insolvency and Bankruptcy of India (IBBI) have signed MoU with Indian Banks Association (IBA) in order to work jointly to enhance capacity building for the financial creditors. They will work to enhance capacity building in the areas like insolvency, bankruptcy, and allied ones.
