- The Competition Commission of India penalized 11 companies for Anti-competitive practices in the Indian Railways tender. They were found guilty of bid-rigging and cartelization in the supply of High-Performance Polyamide Bushes (HPPA) and Self Lubricating Polyester Resin Bushes (SLPR) to the Indian Railways.
