- He also announced the expansion of welfare schemes under the National Food Security Act (NFSA). The 3 percent DA hike for the state government employees under the 7th Pay Commission with retrospective effect from January 1, 2022.

Electronic buses will be operated on iconic routes such as Dwarka, Ambaji, and the statue of Unity. For the convenience of citizens, ATMs will be installed at 50 bus stations.
- Under the Encore project with the assistance of the World Bank, Real-Time Coastal Water Monitoring System will be used for water quality testing of the estuaries of rivers flowing into the Gulf of Khambhat.
