  • National News:
    • Speaking at the two-day “Chintan Shivir” in Surajkund, Haryana, the Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, Amit Shah, said that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) will be established in every state of India by 2024.
    • The Union Minister of Earth Sciences, Dr. Jitendra Singh, announced a three-day “Akash for Life” conference that will be held in Dehradun, Uttarakhand from November 05 to November 07, 2022. The objective of the conference is to blend traditional knowledge with modern knowledge for the fulfillment of the needs of the common citizen.
    • The governments of India and Fiji decided that the 12th World Hindi Conference will be held in the city of Nadi, Fiji in February 2023.
    • The Indian Army and the US Army will conduct Exercise “Yudh Abhyas” at Auli in Uttarakhand from November 15 to December 02, 2022.
    • The 3rd Advance Estimates of production and area of horticultural crops was released by the Ministry of Agriculture for the year 2021-22. According to the estimates, the total production of the horticulture crops will be 342.33 million tons, with a total area of 28.08 million hectares.
