Union Health Minister to inaugurate Global Food Regulators Summit 2023

Current Context: It is a G20 event of Global Food Regulators Summit 2023, which is being organized by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) under the aegis of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on 20th and 21st July, 2023 at Manekshaw Auditorium, New Delhi.

• The summit will focus on strengthening food safety systems and regulatory frameworks, and foster international cooperation among food regulators from over 40 countries.
• The summit aligns with the theme of India’s G20 Presidency- One Earth, One Family, One Future. Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Health Minister, will inaugurate the summit and unveil the logo and brochure.
