  • Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Sweden's King Carl XVI Gustaf chaired the India-Sweden High-Level Dialogue on Innovation Policy in New Delhi on 2nd Dec 19. The dialogue was aimed to create a common platform for government, private sector and academia for joint innovation policy.
  • 35th anniversary of Bhopal Gas Tragedy was marked on 3rd Dec 19, that was one of the worst industrial disasters of the world that resulted due to the leak of Methyl Isocyanate gas from Union Carbide Plant in Bhopal on the intervening night of 2nd and 3rd December in 1984.
