- Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has terminated the certificate of registration of Sahara India Financial Corporation Ltd as a sub-broker. The market regulator, SEBI has mentioned the reason for the failure to fulfil ‘fit and proper’ mandatory requirements and hence has cancelled the certificate of registration.
