  • The leading invoice discounting platform for MSMEs named Receivables Exchange of India Ltd (RXIL) has crossed monthly transaction volumes of Rs 1,000 crore in the month of March 2021. It has become the first TReDS platform to cross monthly throughput of Rs 1000 crores. As per the data, transaction volume grew from Rs 69 crores in April 2020 to Rs 1,105 crores in March 2021. 
  • Static Part: 
    • RXIL: It is a joint venture of SIDBI and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. It operates TReDS, which is an electronic platform that finances the MSMEs with the help of various financiers.
  • The Agriculture Department of the Telangana government has signed MoU with the Wadhwani Institute of Artificial Intelligence to develop AI solutions for the Cotton farmers in tackling pest infestations and benefit their farms. The AI-based solution in the form of a mobile app will help the farmers to catch pest infestations and use effective measures to avoid damage to the crop.
