- STREET Project: It was launched by Kerala Tourism. Under the project, spots across seven districts will be selected in order to take the tourism sector into the interiors and hinterland of the state. The STREET stands for ‘Sustainable, Tangible, Responsible, Experiential, Ethnic, Tourism hubs’. The project is inspired by the slogan of ‘Tourism for Inclusive Growth’ of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
