- The State Bank of India (SBI), Punjab National Bank (PNB), Bank of Baroda (BoB), Union Bank of India (UBI), Canara Bank, and Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) have decided to acquire a stake in India Debt Resolution Company Ltd (IDRCL). The PSBs and Public FIs will acquire 49% in stake of IDRCL while the private-sector banks will acquire the remaining stakes.
